Do I need to have previous musical knowledge to impart the Sancal Method?

No, you don’t. We take care of sharing any required musical notion with you through the Sancal Experts training program.

My time or dedication is limited. Could I impart the Sancal Method in groups?

Yes, you can. We have verified that the Sancal Method can be imparted successfully in reduced groups formed by 3-4 people. You just must form balanced groups to avoid hindering the evolution of any of their components.

Is there a maximum amount of time that the platform can be used?

No, there is no restriction of use. All our users can access their account and use the platform as many hours as they want.

How long is the cognitive training with the Sancal Method?

There is no predefined duration to use the Sancal Method. We think of cognitive training as a continuous process of improvement that evolves dynamically. However, our experience has led us to offer the option of acquiring a 4-month pack, based on considering this figure as the minimum duration required to achieve significant results.

Can the same account be shared by more than one user?

No, it cannot. One of the main premises of the Sancal Method lies on the customization of musical contents to optimize the cognitive training of its users. Therefore, each account is individual and non-transferable.

What kind of training do I need to become a Sancal Expert?

You can access our training program through two modalities:

  • Health professional: you can impart the Sancal Method to both cancer patients and older adults.
  • Professional musician: you may impart the Sancal Method to older adults.

How is the training process? Is it face-to-face or online?

The training process is completely online. You will have the constant tutoring of a Sancal Super Expert, who will be available to guide you throughout the formative process and solve any questions you might have regarding the contents of the training program.

How do users access the service?

The Sancal Method provides a working tool. The Sancal Experts are responsible for their users.

How long is the license?

All our licenses are annual.

What is included in the annual license?

An annual license includes technical support, continuous training and content updates.

Do I have any permanence contract? And what about my users?

As a Sancal Expert, you have no permanence contract. Since licenses are paid annually, you will enjoy our services for a year. Your users have no permanence contract either.

Do I have access to technical support?

There are different forms of contact with the technical department of the Sancal Method, which will solve any problem you might have.

What are the minimum technical requirements to use the platform?

To use the Sancal Method, you just need to connect a piano or digital keyboard to a computer or table with Internet access.

Is the platform compatible with all devices, operating systems and browsers?

Our platform has been successfully tested on computers with Windows or Mac as an operating system. We have found that it also works well on Android tablets; however, we have detected some issues with a few iPad versions. Currently, the access to our platform must be done from Google Chrome. We are working to make its use possible on other browsers such as Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari or Internet Explorer.

I have connected my roll-up piano but no sound comes out

First of all, check that the volume of your device and digital piano are activated. Also make sure that the cable from piano to device (computer or tablet) is correctly connected. If everything is fine, verify that you are accessing from the Google Chrome browser, preferably with the incognito mode disabled. Refresh the website and verify if the problem has been solved. If not, go to the top right of the screen, click on the “three dots”, “More tools” and “Clear browsing data”. Pick the last 7 days as time interval and click on “Clear data”. Once this task is finished, restart your computer and try to access the platform again from Google Chrome. If the problem persists, contact us and we will to figure it out.

I cannot access the platform

Check that you are accessing from the Google Chrome browser, preferably with the incognito mode disabled. Refresh the website and verify if the problem has been solved. If not, go to the top right of the screen, click on the “three dots”, “More tools” and “Clear browsing data”. Pick the last 7 days as time interval and click on “Clear data”. Once this task is finished, restart your computer and try to access the platform again from Google Chrome. If the problem persists, contact us and we will to figure it out.

I cannot remember my username and/or password

If you don’t remember your password, click on “RECOVER PASSWORD” on the login screen and enter your username to receive an email with instructions about how to proceed. If you don’t remember your username, contact us and we will send it to you via email.

There are keys in my roll-up piano that don’t work. Can I ask for a replacement?

If you have purchased the roll-up piano through one of our packs and it has been less than 30 days since its reception, let us know and we will handle your replacement.
